• When it comes to motivating people, the results, when available, are of short duration.
• It pays little attention to the recognition performance

• Very little motivation for the initiative, creativity.

Of course, companies face other obstacles they face in relation to the lack of a technological development that provides productivity based on attributes, characteristics that have products where quality is a competitive advantage.
